- Manage front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and incoming communications
- Execute accurate data entry of customer information into designated systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards
- Collect, review, and validate customer information forms according to established protocols and procedures
- Maintain and update customer records in the database with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Facilitate the registration process for new customers and coordinate reengagement initiatives with existing customers
- Provide comprehensive support for the resource computer lab, front desk operations, telecommunications, and related administrative functions
- Deliver professional intake support for all recruitment events, including onsite, offsite, and virtual engagements
- Direct qualified candidates to appropriate recruitment events and opportunities based on their profile and qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency with the https://ohiomeansjobs.ohio.gov/job-seekers/welcome-job-seeker website and utilize it effectively in daily operations
- Conduct reengagement outreach calls to maintain customer relationships and program participation
- Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
 
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in customer service delivery with experience in workforce development or career services environments (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Demonstrated competency with standard office equipment, including scanners and photocopiers
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications, identify skill gaps, and make informed recommendations for appropriate program placement
- Proven ability to evaluate complex customer information and make sound decisions regarding resource allocation and candidate matching
- Demonstrated capacity to think strategically about workforce development pathways and career progression opportunities
- Fluent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, required for all customer interactions and documentation
