If you are a highly motivated, compassionate individual who is looking for a career change, we would love an opportunity to speak with you.  - The Care Coordinator builds relationships; closely working with clients and nursing staff to build strong working bonds. - Consistently provides excellent customer service to our patients and families - Understands the staffing needs of each client; schedules and staffs nurses to clients based on client's needs and preferences. - Recruits nurses using different job boards and recruitment tools  - Manages patient and employee schedules - Develops a close working relationship with the clinical team - Ensures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company's staffing utilization goals  - Other duties as assigned   - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct sales and customer service calls  - Highly effective communication skills in person, over the phone or via email  - Computer literate with the ability to learn a variety of software tools  - Proactive attitude that is solution oriented - Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast- paced work environment - Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required - Fluency in English required, bilingual preferred   All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
