Spa Supervisor

It's a place to wake up to uninterrupted ocean views, connect over soulful South Asian dining, and be inspired by an evergrowing collection of signature excursions and spa experiences. - Reporting to the Spa Manager, supporting the team to operational excellence, supporting the spa reception and spa therapist team - Coordinating spa operations, including treatment bookings, facility maintenance, and ensuring adherence to spa policies. - Training and coaching of reception and spa therapist team. - In addition to the above, having the ability to upsell our products and assisting in the Spa Reception area and in administrative duties. - Perform spa treatments if required. - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position - Proficient in English. - Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. - Is updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols on massage and body treatments. - Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures. - Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
