Job Description Purpose To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outlets Tasks - To collect payment from the guests and make supporting documents, summaries and reports. - Collect cash on all cash sales. - Complete bill entry sheets and other documents as necessary. - Ensure the signatures required by the guests are obtained. - Answer the outlet telephones in a prescribe manner and provide assistant. - Make posting of bills on guest folios and master folios. - Attend to duty at cashier’s desk at the reception. - Collect and record collection of the payments of the guests. - Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times on duty. - Attend to department meetings and briefing. - Assist in training the outlet cashiers. Qualifications - Passion for people and hospitality - Knowledge of Property Management System and Microsoft Office - Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal - The ability to make decisions independently and confidently - Strong attention to detail Serve with Humility | Radiate Optimism | Rely on Our Family
