The applications will be built in a modular way with Spring MVC or Experience Factory on the front end and SQL Server on the backend.  The system will integrate with back-end systems through a JEE services layer and/or Web Services. This developer will be focused on the front-end creation of the website using Spring MVC and developing in the middle layer. They must have strong technical skills as well as be a good communicator, and have an eye for technical excellence.
