Impact with your bold ideas and help drive us forward Working as part of a team you will be required to report into the responsible Partner and will have responsibility for your client portfolio and within the audit department as follows: - Issues audit reports in accordance with professional standards and Firm policies; - Perform other special audit assignments on a case by case basis - Assist the team in providing high quality of services to clients - Designs audit approaches to complicated, specialized or new situations; - Monitor and improve the working procedures - Manages engagement problems and client issues; - Retain existing clients and secure new clients for the Firm; - Supervise and train the Managers, Seniors and Junior Staff in the team; - Manages staff and assesses staff for annual performance reviews; Qualifications: - Thai Nationality - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - CPA qualification required. - Proven auditing capability with a minimum of 9 years relevant working experience. - Strong knowledge of best practice reporting. - High technical ability, excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities. - A positive and self-motivated attitude, willing to learn and be a good team player. - Confident communication and presentation skills, able to discuss complex issues with senior internal and client personnel. - Strong command of English language, both written and spoken. - Ability to work in high performance teams and under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.                                                                       #GrowBelongImpact
