About the role

Role Summary KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients, embedding technical solutions into their environments. You'll bridge the gap between product and customer, customizing implementations to solve specific business challenges. Key Responsibilities - Work directly with clients to understand technical and business requirements - Customize, configure, and deploy solutions within client environments - Build integrations between the product and client systems - Troubleshoot issues on-site (virtually or in person) and provide rapid fixes - Gather client feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams - Document deployment processes and best practices
