Junior AI Specialist

Role Overview KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a junior AI Specialist to help build and maintain AI agent workflows and automations that solve real operational problems. This is an entry-level, fresh graduate-friendly role: you'll work hands-on with AI agent frameworks under the guidance of senior team members, turning well-scoped business needs into working automations while building your track record. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development - Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as LangChain, n8n, Zapier, or similar frameworks under the guidance of senior team members. - Support the integration of AI agents with internal systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and communication tools through APIs. - Test and debug AI agent workflows, escalating complex issues to senior specialists as needed. Solution Support & Communication - Help translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear and functional automations. - Communicate project progress, blockers, and technical limitations clearly to internal teams. - Document workflows, prompts, and system logic to support maintainability and knowledge transfer. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams to identify simple automation opportunities. - Work closely with AI Trainers and the AI Lead to support the adoption of new AI tools. - Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for deployed AI agents. Learning & Continuous Improvement - Continuously build proficiency in emerging AI agent frameworks and automation tools through hands-on practice and mentorship. - Monitor agent performance and identify issues or unexpected behavior. - Contribute to internal documentation and best-practice guides for AI agent development.
