Equipment Software Integration Engineer (CIM/Automation Engineer)

Equipment Communication & Software Integration - Integrate software with both new and existing manufacturing equipment. - Work with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) communication protocols. - Develop equipment data collection and signal handshaking mechanisms.Factory Automation Platform Development - Develop and maintain system integrations among MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing), EAP (Equipment Automation Program), and AMHS (Automated Material Handling System). - Design and develop APIs for cross-system data exchange.Cross-System Integration Testing - Lead integration testing for new equipment before production release. - Ensure data accuracy and reliability across both OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) environments.Database & Data Analysis - Utilize SQL for database querying and troubleshooting. - Monitor system logs, analyze production-related issues, and optimize system performance.Production Support - Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting automation-related software and hardware issues. - Ensure stable and efficient factory operations during mass production.
