What You’ll Do
- Work as a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator supporting commercial construction and site development projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area, with Aston, Pennsylvania serving as the home base.
- Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers for commercial sitework.
- Perform grading, cut and fill operations, and site preparation.
- Complete trenching and excavation for utilities and site development.
- Read blueprints, site plans, and daily work plans to complete assigned work accurately.
- Coordinate with crew members to keep field operations moving safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain assigned heavy equipment.
- Follow OSHA requirements and company safety standards on active construction sites.
- Travel to project locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
