Specifically, you’ll: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fire sprinkler systems - Review blueprints, specs, and bid documents - Perform takeoffs using AutoCAD and Spincad - Design systems to support estimating efforts when needed - Identify risks, cost savings, and value engineering opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bid strategies - Support proposals and assist with client presentations - Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
