Your New Role
- Work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician based in Mishawaka, Indiana, serving customers within approximately a 20–30 mile radius
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Inspect HVAC systems and components for proper operation, safety, and performance
- Clean and maintain HVAC equipment as part of routine preventive maintenance
- Check system operation and identify potential issues during maintenance visits
- Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting within your level of training and experience
- Use HVAC tools, meters, gauges, and maintenance equipment safely and correctly
- Identify equipment that may require additional diagnosis or repair
- Complete required maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Communicate maintenance findings clearly and professionally with customers
- Follow company procedures and established safety practices
- Continue developing your HVAC technical knowledge through training and hands-on field experience
