Your New Role - Work as a Low Voltage Technician based out of Winter Park, Florida, with travel to customer locations throughout the service area. - Install, inspect, troubleshoot, service, and maintain low voltage systems for residential and commercial customers. - Work with fire alarm systems, access control systems, automatic gates, security alarms, CCTV systems, and other electronic systems. - Diagnose equipment and system issues, then complete repairs and routine maintenance as needed. - Troubleshoot IP based connectivity issues involving CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and other low voltage systems. - Handle device communication and basic network configuration as part of system troubleshooting. - Complete service documentation and job records accurately. - Communicate professionally with customers about system performance and recommendations. - Work independently or alongside other technicians based on project requirements. - Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle. - Follow company safety procedures and established industry best practices.
