You’ll work closely with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, and your in-house team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. - Conduct site visits, lead meetings with foremen and subcontractors - Manage project scope, including takeoffs, pricing, estimating, and change orders - Communicate with customers and GCs to ensure seamless execution - Oversee installation of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, ductwork, zoning systems, IAQ solutions, boilers, chillers, and central plants - Coordinate subcontractors for cranes, insulation, welding, balancing, and more - Ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction on every job Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
