In short: You make sure everything runs smoothly—and keeps getting better. - Several years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer - Strong expertise in Linux environments, networking, and firewalls - Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation - Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning - Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructures is a plus - A structured, hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenge ???? High-Tech Environment You’ll work with modern infrastructure and technologies—and have the freedom to introduce new ones. ???? Real Ownership & Influence You won’t just implement—you’ll actively shape architecture, tools, and processes. ⚙️ True DevOps Culture Automation, CI/CD, cloud, and Infrastructure as Code are core to how things are done—not just buzzwords. ???? Direct Business Impact Your work directly affects performance, reliability, and production processes. ???? Growth & Development Opportunities for certifications, skill expansion, and continuous learning. ???? Strong Team Culture Short decision paths, collaborative mindset, and a team that values ownership and initiative. ???? Hands-on Environment A unique setup: close collaboration with production teams, working directly onsite (5 days/week) where technology meets real-world output. Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary: €80,000 – €100,000 depending on experience - Equity / stock options package - Flexible working hours - Modern tech stack and equipment - A company where your technical decisions truly matter
