Technical area of focus will be in User Interfaces and web applications. - Excellent problem solving skills.  - Excels in one of the following languages and with some experience in the others: Java, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Perl. (Java or C# preferred).  - Familiar with custom automation frameworks: Rational, QAC, QTP, Silk, Selenium, or other.  - Linux a plus  - Strong root cause analysis experience.  - Schedule estimation (of tasks), and on-time delivery against those schedules.  - Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts, including test case preparation, execution, and testing methodologies. - Automated testing experience a must.  - Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications, understanding their interactions with other installed products, and how they operate within an overall system.  - Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
