Job Summary: The Key Accounts Officer (KAO) is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure effective account management. The role focuses on coordinating with key clients, reviewing and analyzing account performance, managing product availability, and implementing sales and promotional activities to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts and assigned retail partners. - Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. - Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate sales performance, account growth, product movement, and business opportunities. - Conduct business analysis using sales, inventory, and account data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, product availability, and stock replenishment across assigned accounts. - Ensure proper implementation of merchandising standards, product displays, pricing, and promotional activities. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional campaigns within assigned accounts. - Prepare sales forecasts and business plans based on account performance, market trends, and business opportunities. - Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure smooth account operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field; undergraduates are welcome to apply. - Experience handling modern trade accounts, retail chains, or major clients is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to interpret sales and account data. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications for sales reporting and business analysis. - Willing to conduct field work, visit assigned accounts, and travel as required.
