Founding Growth Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE Own prelaunch growth for an early-stage consumer AI hardware startup, with waitlist signups as the primary measure of success. You will work closely with the founding team to shape the product story, create content, and learn quickly from growth experiments. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and grow the waitlist ahead of launch. - Develop stories that show why private interaction with computers matters. - Create and distribute content on Instagram and LinkedIn, then explore other effective channels. - Run fast experiments with a small paid budget and focus on the approaches that drive signups. - Own campaign distribution and share learnings from each effort. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience growing an audience or waitlist, ideally at an early-stage startup. - Understanding of how social platforms distribute content and the ability to create content personally. - Ability to clearly explain your contributions and the results of your work. - Interest in a hands-on founding role and comfort building from zero. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Full-time, on-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
