Senior Member of Technical Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team building agent orchestration and execution systems for autonomous applications. In this senior, hands-on role, you will shape the core platform, guide architecture decisions, and help establish engineering practices as the team grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution. - Build frameworks and tools that help teams develop, test, and deploy autonomous agents. - Work with product and research partners to turn requirements into reliable technical solutions. - Contribute hands-on across the platform, from infrastructure to developer-facing abstractions. - Mentor engineers, improve codebase practices, and help set the platform's technical direction. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or a related technical role. - Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent systems, agent frameworks, or related distributed systems. - A generalist technical background spanning multiple areas, with strong systems design skills and an ability to architect for scale and reliability. - Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure. Experience building developer tools, APIs, or platforms is valuable. - Experience as an early startup engineer, founder, CTO, or founding engineer. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, United States.
