Strategic Finance Manager

The Strategic Finance Manager will serve as a trusted financial partner to business and functional leaders, providing insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role combines financial planning, forecasting, modeling, business analysis, and commercial insight to help drive organizational performance. You will translate complex financial data into clear recommendations, identify opportunities, and help leaders make informed decisions. The position offers broad exposure to long-term planning, budgeting, scenario analysis, reporting, business cases, and potentially M&A initiatives. You will collaborate across functions and may lead or develop a team of FP&A professionals while influencing priorities and financial outcomes. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical judgment, and the ability to solve complex problems where there may be no established precedent.
