Responsable Agile (Scrum Master)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Responsable Agile (Scrum Master) based in Canada. This is a senior Agile leadership opportunity focused on maximizing the value and predictability of technology delivery teams. You’ll help build high-performing, autonomous teams while continuously improving Agile practices and delivery processes. The role combines delivery performance management, Scrum facilitation, risk mitigation, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, technical leaders, developers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives. Using delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time, you’ll help teams make better decisions and improve outcomes. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of Agile practices across a broader technology organization and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile professional who can combine servant leadership, strong structure, strategic thinking, and a practical focus on delivering value.
