People Partner, HRBP Team

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Partner, HRBP Team based in Canada. This is a strategic People Partner role focused on helping leaders and employees build a healthy, high-performing, and inclusive workplace. You will advise managers on performance management, employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and other critical people matters. The role combines hands-on HR partnership with data-driven insights, using workforce trends to inform leadership decisions and organizational priorities. You will also approach employee experience through a product and design-thinking lens, identifying needs and continuously improving people programs. The position requires strong judgment, empathy, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with confidence. You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Legal, and broader People teams across an internationally distributed organization.
