HR Senior Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Senior Manager based in Mexico. As HR Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic People partner for business units across Latin America, supporting leaders and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle. You will combine employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and people operations with hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities. The role offers broad exposure to senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence workforce planning, engagement, performance, retention, and organizational change. You will build trusted relationships with managers and employees while providing practical guidance on employee relations, development, performance, and workplace challenges. Alongside your People Care responsibilities, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate positions, including specialized technology roles. Working in a global, remote environment, you will collaborate daily with U.S.-based stakeholders and distributed teams across Latin America.
