Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Transformation Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Transformation Director based in Canada. This is a senior commercial and transformation leadership role focused on driving enterprise service management growth across strategic and enterprise accounts. You will combine consulting leadership, enterprise sales, offering development, and client value realization to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role involves advising senior executives on modernizing service delivery across IT and business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Procurement. You will shape multi-year transformation roadmaps spanning operating models, governance, processes, platforms, automation, employee experience, and AI-enabled service delivery. You will also help build scalable go-to-market strategies, strengthen strategic partnerships, and turn successful client engagements into repeatable offerings. Success will depend on your ability to connect commercial growth with high-quality delivery, executive relationships, sustainable adoption, and measurable value.
