Your key responsibilities will include: - Screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates. - Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. - Preparing shortlisted candidates for hiring manager review. - Coordinating interview schedules and maintaining communication with candidates. - Completing professional reference checks. - Preparing and extending employment offers to successful candidates. - Maintaining accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Supporting internship, graduate trainee, and campus recruitment programs. - Representing the company at career fairs, university events, and employer branding activities. - Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees. - Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
