Mine Superintendent

Role Summary Lead and oversee mine production operations to achieve safe, efficient, and cost-effective ore extraction and production targets. Provide strategic and operational leadership across mine planning, production, grade control, manpower, equipment, budgeting, and cost management. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute mine production strategies, plans, and annual production targets. - Oversee daily mining operations and monitor production performance, costs, quality, and efficiency. - Coordinate with Mine Technical Services, Engineering, Maintenance, Geology, and other departments to optimize mine development and production. - Review geological, survey, engineering, and operational data to support mine planning and decision-making. - Ensure compliance with mining legislation, company policies, health, safety, and environmental standards. - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. - Ensure adequate manpower, equipment, and resources are available to achieve production targets. - Lead, develop, and manage the mine operations team, including performance management, training, and workforce development. - Contribute to mine strategy, budgeting, and mid- to long-term operational planning as a member of the senior management team. - Daily report to Zijin HQ.
