Mill General Superintendent

Role Summary Lead and coordinate mill maintenance activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Planning teams to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective maintenance and maximize plant availability. Key Responsibilities - Lead the execution of the Mill Maintenance Plan and ensure alignment across maintenance departments. - Oversee maintenance planning, execution, asset management, and maintenance performance. - Ensure critical assets have effective lifecycle and preventive maintenance plans. - Monitor maintenance KPIs, system data, costs, and plant availability to drive performance. - Manage maintenance budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. - Lead, develop, and coordinate maintenance teams, ensuring adequate manpower, training, and resources. - Drive continuous improvement and promote proactive maintenance practices.
