HR Advisor - Total Rewards, HRIS & Analytics

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department. As the HR Advisor for Total Rewards, HRIS, and Analytics, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. Your key responsibilities will include: - Support the design, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness. - Maintain job descriptions, job families, and position classifications, ensuring alignment with organizational structures. - Coordinate and administer annual compensation review processes and provide guidance to supervisors on pay administration. - Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company policies. - Liaise with insurers, brokers, and third-party providers, while overseeing enrollments, employee communications, vendor invoicing, and benefits reconciliations. - Serve as the HRIS super user, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and effective utilization of HR systems. - Develop HR metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting, while supporting HR budgeting, planning, and decision-making.
