Ascend Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Abilene branch. This position is ideal for a motivated manager who enjoys developing teams, delivering excellent customer service, building strong client partnerships, and driving business growth. Previous staffing industry experience is not required. If you have strong leadership experience and the ability to manage people, clients, and business operations, we can provide the staffing industry training you need to succeed. Responsibilities include: - Oversee and assist with daily branch operations, including recruiting, temporary employee placements, on-call rotations, and accurate recordkeeping - Lead, coach, and manage branch employees to achieve operational goals and performance expectations - Monitor branch goals, operating procedures, and performance metrics - Prepare and review branch financial reports - Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to clients and employees - Meet sales goals and help drive market expansion and revenue growth - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Facilitate a smooth transition of new clients from the sales representative to branch operations - Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions - Help create a positive, accountable, and results-oriented branch culture Required Qualifications - At least 1 year of management experience - Experience leading and managing a small team - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Regular and reliable on-site attendance Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our clients and candidates - Previous staffing, recruiting, sales, or workforce management experience - Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, practices, and techniques - Experience managing client relationships - Experience working toward sales, revenue, or performance goals Working Conditions - Occasional travel may be required - Manual dexterity is required to operate computers and other office equipment - May occasionally work more than 40 hours per week based on business needs Equal Opportunity Employer Ascend Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
