What You’ll Do
- Brand Understanding: Showcase an understanding of the client’s brands and disease states to determine beneficial media strategies for their audiences (HCP and DTC).
- Billing & Budgeting: Play an integral role in the billing process and track assigned media budgets.
- Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day campaign pacing and optimizations.
- Data Analysis: Pull data, analyze performance, and make recommendations to improve campaign performance alongside the Marketing Intelligence team.
- Status Reporting: Lead internal media team status meetings and attend brand status calls to inform media status.
- Strategy Support: Pull data to help inform media strategy.
- Client Interaction: Maintain direct contact with clients, guide them toward success, and manage the client relationship.
- Reporting: Develop competitive and monthly reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deadlines are met and perform quality assurance for deliverables.
- Team Training: Assist in training and onboarding other team members as needed.
- Positive Influence: Showcase a consistent positive attitude that influences others.
- Team Relationships: Establish relationships with immediate team members, media team, activation team, IS peer set, finance team, and dev team.
- Vendor Partnerships: Regularly interface with external vendor partnerships.
- Cross-Agency Awareness: Become more aware of roles and responsibilities of other teams across the agency (AM and PM teams).
- Participation: Participate in team events and L&D opportunities.
- Engagement: Actively participate in vendor calls and team status calls, asking questions, etc

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
