Centerway Drive, Suite H). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Peoria area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers while navigating your local community. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner - Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns - Inspect vehicle condition regularly and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered - Organize and load vehicles efficiently to optimize space and accessibility - Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely - Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude - Knowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - GPS navigation skills or willingness to learn route planning systems - Customer service orientation with a positive, friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)$15/hr in store & $9/hr on the road All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
