As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and with a smile. - Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Bloomington area - Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times - Maintain accurate delivery records and customer information using company systems and GPS navigation tools - Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered - Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposes - Ability to pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check - Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge - Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service - Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
