As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you! - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Savoy area - Navigate efficiently using GPS and route optimization techniques to maximize delivery productivity - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with every customer interaction, ensuring a positive brand experience - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Accurately document delivery information, customer signatures, and any special instructions - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant deliveries - Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations - Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization to reflect our professional standards - Handle cash and payment transactions accurately when required - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology - Demonstrated reliability and punctuality - Ability to lift and carry packages safely (up to 50 lbs regularly) - Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service excellence - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveriesMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
