In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jacksonville - Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity - Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition - Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles - Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations - Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly - Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery - Willingness to pass a criminal background checkMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
