As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our valued customers throughout the local community. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a positive impression on every delivery, we want to hear from you! - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Collinsville and surrounding areas - Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely, efficient service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction - Communicate professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle transactions with accuracy and courtesy - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices - Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition - Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance goals - Provide exceptional customer service, representing our brand positively in every interaction - Collaborate with team members and management to support operational excellence - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology for route planning - Ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficiently - Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery commitments - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation - Physical capability to perform delivery duties, including walking and climbing stairs - Preferred: Familiarity with the Collinsville area and local neighborhoods - Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experienceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
