Demonstrate a growth-centric mindset in your day-to-day work to protect and promote the business, focusing on closing business-enabling deals, being comfortable using your judgment, doing things in a way that's best for the business, seeking simplicity, trusting others to do their job, knowing when good is good enough, and considering your intended audience in what you do.  - Capital Markets and Financing Transactions. Support complex capital markets and financing transactions across the deal lifecycle — from planning through closing — including drafting and negotiating operative documents, tracking statutory and contractual obligations, and advising the business on related legal issues, risks, and strategy.  - Bitcoin-Related Initiatives. Support strategic Bitcoin initiatives, including treasury reserve management and matters related to Bitcoin development, education, and advocacy; help the Company navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape around digital assets.  - Corporate Transactions & M&A.
