Program Manager | Learning Solutions / eLearning | Client-Facing Position type: Full-time employee Location: Onsite - Noida, India We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in learning solutions, eLearning, or training delivery to lead complex programs end-to-end while building strong client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes. This is not a back-office PM role. You will operate at the center of client engagement, solutioning, and delivery, owning both execution and account success. What You’ll Do - Own and manage multiple learning programs across clients, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality - Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, uncover learning needs, and align solutions accordingly - Translate client requirements into clear direction for cross-functional teams (design, development, delivery) - Drive program governance, including KPIs, risk management, forecasting, and compliance - Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and learning objectives - Proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional work or expanded scope - Navigate complex challenges and make sound decisions that balance client needs and business outcomes
