Benefits - Competitive compensation: $18 - $22/hour with weekly pay! - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and paid holidays - Company-paid life and disability insurance - Paid training and professional development - Opportunities for career growth and advancement - Employee and family discounts on services What You'll Do as an HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper - Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls. - Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. - Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment. - Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures. - Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes. - Complete work orders using company software. - Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training. Qualifications for the HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required. - A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. - Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn. - Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
