Supervisor - Food Safety and QA (WEEKEND SHIFT-Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

The Quality Assurance and Food Safety Supervisor assists in overseeing Quality and Food Safety Programs (HACCP-Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Vegetables; Labeling; GMPs; Internal Auditing, etc.), including implementation, staff training and documentation.   This position will work weekends, Friday thru Sunday, mostly day hours (3:00am - 5:00pm) but must be flexible to work later hours as needed.   At this time, we're not considering applicants that need any type of immigration sponsorship (additional work authorization or permanent work authorization) now or in the future to work in the United States.
