We’re growing quickly and looking for a reliable, positive, and team-oriented Shop Assistant to support our daily operations and keep our shop running smoothly. The Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines customer service, driving, and shop support. You’ll be the face of our business for many customers while also helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. Duties Include: Customer Shuttle Service - Provide safe, friendly, and punctual shuttle service for customers - Assist customers with loading/unloading personal items - Maintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained shuttle vehicle - Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, basic condition) - Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record - Represent SuperTech Auto professionally during all interactions Shop Cleanliness & Maintenance - Keep shop bays, floors, waiting area, and restrooms clean and organized - Dispose of waste, parts, and recyclables properly - Restock shop and customer area supplies as needed - Complete daily cleaning checklists - Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns General Shop Support - Retrieve tools, parts, and supplies for technicians - Help organize and maintain inventory - Safely move vehicles around the shop and parking lot - Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time Safety & Standards - Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required - Keep work areas hazard-free and clean throughout the day - Clean spills and remove hazards immediately - Use equipment and tools properly - Participate in safety meetings and maintain shop standards What We’re Looking For - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles - Strong customer service and communication skills - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented - Team player with a positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Previous shop or automotive experience is an asset (but not required) What We Offer - Competitive hourly wage - Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company - Extended Health Care - RRSP Match program - Company events, team-building activities, and long-term employee recognition Why Join SuperTech Auto?
