About the role

ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist based in Lviv (preferred), or in Western or Central Ukraine (remote options available). The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting compensation and benefits administration with a primary focus on payroll data preparation, validation, and timely submission. The role ensures accurate maintenance of compensation and benefits data in HR systems, supports payroll closure and accrual processes, and contributes to data reconciliation, reporting, and audit activities related to payroll, compensation, and benefits across the geographies the Company operates.
