Senior Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early sales team at an AI data solutions company serving frontier and emerging AI labs. You will own customer relationships from initial outreach through closing and account growth, helping customers access expert data for model training and evaluation. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build relationships with research, post-training, and data teams at AI labs. - Understand customer needs across expert annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, and expert talent. - Develop and structure agreements suited to each customer's needs. - Lead sales conversations through close and grow customer relationships over time. - Work directly with company leadership in a fast-moving environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Typically 2 or more years of relevant experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or equivalent B2B closing role. - Demonstrated success selling data products to frontier or emerging AI labs, such as annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, or expert talent. - Existing relationships with research, post-training, or data teams at AI labs. - Experience at an AI data vendor is strongly relevant, as is comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led environment. - Enterprise AI sales experience and exposure to healthcare or clinical data are helpful. - Must have US work authorization valid for at least 24 months. TN, F-1 OPT or STEM OPT, and H-1B transfers are considered. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is $160,000 to $200,000 annually, with on-target earnings up to $400,000. Variable compensation equals base salary. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates with qualifying work authorization; new H-1B petitions are not supported.
