ABOUT THE ROLE
Own end-to-end marketing for an AI platform serving the hospitality sector. This hands-on role spans product marketing and demand generation, using experimentation and AI-enabled workflows to build scalable marketing programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop product positioning and messaging, and build marketing site content for different customer segments.
- Create video content, use cases, webinars, and other materials that communicate product value.
- Research competitors and the market to inform go-to-market strategy.
- Own blog content, design assets, and experiments with newsletters, podcasts, and influencer partnerships.
- Plan and execute field marketing, including events, conferences, and relationship-building activities.
- Develop thought leadership content for company leaders across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Direct and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Improve signup funnels and build targeted lead generation programs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or AI, with end-to-end campaign ownership from positioning through execution.
- Experience with paid acquisition, conversion metrics, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
- Experience across inbound channels such as SEO, content, and LinkedIn, as well as outbound campaigns, events, and field marketing.
- Ability to develop messaging for technical or complex products and create content such as blog posts, case studies, video scripts, or use case documentation.
- Experience planning webinars or virtual and in-person events, and conducting competitive and market research.
- Comfort working at a fast-growing company and running multiple marketing experiments; hospitality experience is not required.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign ownership and measurable outcomes; experience collaborating with designers or leading marketing teams is valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $150,000 to $240,000 annually, with 0.20% to 0.75% equity. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) match. Visa sponsorship is not available.
