Senior Fullstack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage engineering team building AI-focused software for finance teams. You will work closely with technical leadership and product engineering teammates to deliver important, scalable product capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and deliver the product roadmap. - Design, build, and own complex features and software components end to end. - Write robust, scalable, well-tested code and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices. - Help establish engineering best practices and support a high-performing team culture. - Collaborate with design and operations teams to improve the product. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture. - Full-stack experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, and React, with a balanced full-stack or frontend-focused background. - Experience building core product functionality and using MongoDB as an application database. - Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform. - Experience using BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets. - Experience with automated testing, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to collaborate effectively with technical leadership and distributed teams. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The salary range is $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION This is a fully remote role based in Canada.
