About the Team Our mission is to promote growth in local economies by building connections with businesses across the nation and expanding access to the DoorDash platform. The DoorDash for Business Account Management (Post-Sales) Team is focused on expanding revenue and deepening strategic partnerships across our managed customer base through cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, and new use-case development. While customer health and retention remain foundational, this is a growth-focused team accountable for delivering incremental revenue. Our team combines relationship management, consultative selling, and strategic problem-solving to help customers get more value from DoorDash for Business. We partner across functions to connect customers’ needs with solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. About the Role Senior Enterprise Account Managers own the strategic vision, growth, and optimization of programs for our most complex and strategically important corporate customers in North America. They lead high-value expansion opportunities across customer organizations, build trusted executive relationships, and consistently deliver against quarterly revenue and expansion quotas. This role carries a higher growth expectation, typically reflected in a larger quota and/or a portfolio of higher-value accounts. Senior Account Managers operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting account strategy, anticipating risks, and leading complex commercial conversations and cross-functional efforts with minimal direction. They also extend their impact beyond their own book through proactive coaching, scalable growth playbooks, and ownership of team-wide initiatives. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… - Own a growth-focused portfolio of our most complex enterprise customers and deliver against quarterly revenue and expansion quotas through cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, and new use-case development. - Identify, develop, negotiate, and close large, strategic expansion opportunities across departments, locations, business units, and customer entities. - Build and execute account plans that engage multiple stakeholders, uncover whitespace, align with customers’ business priorities, and establish a clear path to measurable revenue growth. - Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and lead high-stakes growth conversations, commercial negotiations, and customer escalations. - Own executive business reviews, using data and customer insights to demonstrate value, influence decisions, and secure alignment on expansion opportunities and next steps. - Anticipate and address account risks, navigating complex organizational structures, commercial terms, and operational dependencies while protecting customer health and retention. - Lead cross-functional efforts with S&O, Analytics, Product, and other partners, aligning stakeholders around recommendations and resolving competing priorities to advance customer and business outcomes. - Own and scale team-wide initiatives that improve how we identify, pursue, and execute growth opportunities, driving adoption and measuring results. - Proactively coach peers, share successful strategies, and develop repeatable playbooks that strengthen performance across Account Management and the broader sales organization. We’re excited about you because… - Have 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise account management, customer growth, or consultative sales, with a sustained record of success managing complex, high-value customer relationships. - Have demonstrated success achieving revenue and expansion quotas, including personally leading large cross-sell and upsell opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close. - Can navigate complex enterprise organizations, engage multiple stakeholders, and influence executive decision-makers to secure commercial commitments. - Translate customer priorities and data into strategic account plans, compelling business cases, and new opportunities for growth. - Operate with a high degree of autonomy, anticipating risks, setting priorities, and bringing forward clear recommendations with minimal guidance. - Create structure in ambiguous situations, identify root causes, and develop durable solutions that can benefit multiple accounts or the broader team. - Have experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and building alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities. - Communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, and can lead executive presentations, negotiations, and sensitive customer conversations. - Have a track record of extending your impact through proactive coaching, mentorship, process improvements, or ownership of initiatives that improve team performance. - Use data from multiple sources to assess customer performance, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts. - Have experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage account strategy, pipeline, and forecasting. Nice to Haves - Experience in food delivery, corporate benefits, or enterprise SaaS. - Experience expanding enterprise programs across multiple products, business units, or geographies.
