Role Overview:
We are seeking a Hands-on Cloud DevOps Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a cutting-edge Cybersecurity SaaS platform. In this role, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers, define technical strategy, and drive cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong focus on security, reliability, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a DevOps team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Manage complex cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, load balancing, and security controls in multi-cloud environments
- Drive infrastructure automation and IaC adoption using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to improve delivery speed and reliability
- Own production operations, including monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and service stability
- Act as the escalation lead during critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business impact
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity strategies, including regular testing and recovery planning
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives without compromising security, performance, or availability
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals
- Drive capacity planning, scalability initiatives, and the adoption of emerging cloud technologies and best practices
