Sea Breeze manufactures and distributes premium beverages on tap throughout the Metro New York–New Jersey area. Since 1925, we have provided customized design, installation, and repair of bar guns and beverage dispensing systems to hospitality, educational, and healthcare facilities. We also manufacture a variety of chocolate syrups, pancake syrups, cocktail mixers, and other flavored syrups for retail distribution throughout the United States and globally.
Sea Breeze is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Stockroom & Logistics Associate to support our equipment and inventory operations.
This position is responsible for maintaining an organized stockroom, replenishing inventory, selecting and staging equipment for upcoming jobs, processing returned equipment, and preparing parts for shipment.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, mechanically inclined, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Fridays ending at 4:00 PM. Saturdays will primarily involve assisting Service Technicians with any field-related support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and put away inventory and equipment in designated stockroom locations
- Replenish equipment and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Select equipment and materials for scheduled installations, deliveries, and pickups
- Stage equipment and supplies for the following day's scheduled work
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering items before shortages occur
- Clean and inspect equipment returned from customers
- Process returned equipment and place reusable items back into inventory
- Pack and ship parts and equipment being sent out for repair
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
- Assist technicians and other departments with locating equipment, parts, and supplies
- Identify inventory discrepancies or shortages and communicate them appropriately
- Assist with other stockroom and operational duties as needed
- Spend approximately 10–20% of the time assisting in the field and visiting customers throughout New Jersey and New York
- Manage day-to-day operations in Datacor ERP and TrackAbout, including purchase orders, service tickets, inventory transfers, order processing, invoicing, vendor/product setup, and service vehicle inventory. Research and resolve inventory, equipment, and system issues, including missing assets, incorrect counts, failed transfers, and service tickets that do not close properly.
- Purchase equipment, parts, and supplies as needed, coordinating with vendors and monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely availability for scheduled installations, service calls, and daily operations.

Tuesday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Fridays 4 PM)
