Procurement
We are hiring an experienced Estimation Engineer for reputed Oil & Gas Company in Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, ITTs, tender documents, SOW, drawings, specifications, BOQs and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Perform quantity take-offs.
- Estimate manpower, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, subcontractors and logistics.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare resource and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Projects.
- Identify inclusions, exclusions, clarifications and commercial risks.
- Maintain estimation sheets and historical rate/cost databases.
- Prepare BOQ pricing, rate analysis and bid comparison sheets.
Additional Responsibilities
- Identify cost-impacting requirements from technical specifications.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and clarification meetings.
- Prepare commercial clarifications and respond to tender/client pricing queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial strategies.
