Interim Recruiter

Help us grow the team that's changing how engineers work. We are a growing high-tech scale-up with an AI-powered platform used by tens of thousands of engineers worldwide. Hiring the right people is how we get to the next stage. That's where you come in. As an Interim Recruiter, you'll own the coordination and execution of our recruitment process across 4–6 open roles at any given time. You'll work closely with our Head of People and hiring managers to keep things moving, with speed and without cutting corners on quality. And if you spot ways to make us better at hiring, we want to hear them. What you will do - 40% candidate screening and pipeline coordination - 20% sourcing and outreach - 20% stakeholder management and process coordination - 10% employer branding support - 10% process improvement Key responsibilities - Run screening calls and provide structured feedback to hiring managers and the Head of People - Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn and other relevant channels - Keep our ATS (Recruitee) and pipeline up-to-date across all open roles - Manage job postings and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout - Flag and help resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process - Contribute to employer branding efforts where relevant
