PMs are responsible for ensuring that market research projects are set up and run smoothly. The PM acts as a liaison between the commercial team, internal departments, and external suppliers to execute high-quality consumer data collection for research studies. Ownership of a study starts at client lockdown and continues until fieldwork is closed. In this role, the use of AI-enabled tools and technologies is expected as a core part of day-to-day responsibilities, supporting efficiency, quality control, data analysis, and process optimization across all stages of project execution. Responsibilities & Duties · Collaborate with the commercial team on study objectives and client requirements for survey execution. · Set up high-quality questionnaires, coordinate translations, and perform quality checks before field launch. · Create online study setups using data platform software. · Act as the main point of contact for survey setup, test product logistics, concept handling, and data collection. · Coordinate and document all study information, deadlines, and changes while managing timelines and stakeholder communication. · Monitor live studies daily, troubleshoot issues, escalate at-risk projects promptly, and ensure projects are completed on time. · Work directly with third-party vendors to manage sampling requirements and ensure compliance with standards. Provide feedback and maintain accurate metrics for vendor performance tracking. · Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and quality, including (but not limited to) questionnaire review, translation validation, data quality checks, issue identification, reporting, and workflow automation. · Continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and project outcomes. Requirements & Skills - · Attention to detail. - · Multi-tasking skills. - · Problem-solving and process improvement skills. - · Ability to collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams and internal clients. - · Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience. - · Fluent communication in English – written and spoken. - · Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. - · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - · Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and field operations effectively. - · Comfortable using AI-powered tools and technologies as part of daily work; ability to learn and adapt to new AI capabilities quickly. - · Strong critical thinking skills to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with research standards.  Education & Experience Required - · Bachelor's degree. - · 1–2 years of professional experience in research & project management. - · Ability to handle stress well and maintain a positive, flexible attitude. - · Strong organizational and communication skills. - · Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
